On September 10, Liberty School was excited to welcome Colorado State University’s Little Shop of Physics! This traveling science outreach program brings interactive, hands-on experiments directly to schools, giving students the opportunity to explore scientific concepts through curiosity, experimentation, and discovery. The program’s goal is simple: help students see that science is something everyone can understand, enjoy, and do! (Little Shop of Physics)
A huge thank you to our counselor and GT coordinator, Jamie Smith, for organizing this incredible opportunity for our students and neighboring schools. We loved having students from Idalia and Arickaree Schools join us for the experience.
It was a great day of learning, exploring, and bringing our rural schools together for some hands-on science!
Thank you, CSU Little Shop of Physics, for bringing this to Liberty!
