Bus Drivers
LaRay Gates is Liberty's Transportation Director, drives a bus, an elementary aide, and the Library aide.
Sharon Maag drives a bus for Liberty School. Sharon has been at Liberty since 1976.
Lee Dotson drives a bus for Liberty School. Lee is also the Pastor at the Kirk Baptist Church.
Food
Service
Brenda Baar attended 1st through 12th grade at Liberty School. She is the Food Service Director at Liberty. Her hobbies include raising registered dogs and gardening.
Sheri Misner is Liberty's assistant cook. Sheri graduated from Liberty and both of her children, Leeanna and Preston attend school at Liberty.
Custodian
Wayne Herrick is our head custodian. He and his wife Christie have 2 children, Jenni and John at Liberty. His hobbies include rock hunting and jewelry making.
Marla Ficken is Liberty's assistant custodian.
Office Staff
Brenda Kechter
has worked at Liberty since 1995 ,
and beginning in 2004 as Executive Secretary. At Liberty In the past, she has driven a school bus,
and was teacher's aide in elementary. She has a wonderful
husband, and they have ranched since 1979. They have 3 children: Candice, Toby and Kay Dee, and all
graduated from Liberty School. She received a A.A. in 1995.
Carole Herman came to Liberty, in December 2003, as the district business manager.
She and her husband Melvin have 4 children, all graduating from Arickaree High
School and 8 grandchildren. Her husband, Melvin farms southwest of Cope,
raising wheat and millet. Carole's passion is the Lord's work. She is a member
of the Trinity New Life Center church in Flagler. In the spring, she loves
teaching a Bible School class.
